This is the third saga of Rolicking City Police. Sgt. Kate O’Malley is piloting the policing ship on a mission to Montreal. This time, rural treachery is displaced by city intrigue. The backdrop is downtown Montreal. Staff Sergeant Earl Jeans now finds himself retired and looking for trouble. Nothing like an old fashioned, mid-life crisis aptly iced with the odd single malt.
